I tried out the laser printer at school yesterday. Every run of the laser produced a little tiny flame and a lot of smoke, but the wooden plate that got engraved came out really well, smelling like the outdoors. After some experimentation and a few duds, some of the prints came out well. That handmade paper came in handy. The translucency of the paper makes it easy to see the bubbles and folds dried in. I think that’s cool.
